- Mix all of the simmering sauce ingredients and set aside. * I used this paste for broth paste.
- Set your wok or large deep pan to medium heat, and add 2 tablespoon of sesame oil. After 15 seconds add minced ginger and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add deep-fried Tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add frozen edamame, plant-based ground meat. Stir-fry for another minute.
- Stir up the prepared sauce mixture and pour it into the wok or pan mixing everything together until combined. Make it boiling.
- Once boiling, decrease the heat to low and keep shimmering for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoon of corn starch into 1/2 cup water and mix well. Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into wok or pan to thicken the sauce. Stir constantly.
- Turn the heat to medium and keep stirring till your favorite thickness. Add salt and pepper if you need. Done! Serve with brown rice or white rice.
