Instructions to make Claypot tofu:
- Marinate 100gm minced pork with light soya sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Set aside.
- Clean and de-vein prawns, marinate with salt and pepper. Set aside. In a bowl mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce and 100ml water. Set aside
- Add 2 tbsp coconut oil in claypot to coat the whole clay pot base.
- Fry minced garlic and white part spring onion in medium/ low heat until fragrant.
- Gently add 1 block silken tofu into the claypot. Place the marinated minced pork on top of tofu. Pour in mixed sauce. Cover claypot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Open the lid after 10 minutes add prawns, broccoli florets and Shaoxing wine. Cook for another 5 minutes. Lastly add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced chilli and spring onion.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
