Tofu Bagels is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Tofu Bagels is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook tofu bagels using 7 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Tofu Bagels:
  1. Get 200 g Silky Tofu
  2. Prepare 200 g Bread flour
  3. Make ready 1 Tbsp Sugar
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. Prepare 1 scant tsp instant yeast (a little less than 1 tsp)
  6. Make ready 2 cups Warm water for boiling
  7. Get 1 Tbsp Honey
Instructions to make Tofu Bagels:
  1. Wrap a tofu in paper towels and place tofu on the plate. Microwave about 20 seconds. (Please DO NOT cook too long!) Remove damp paper towels.
  2. Mix tofu, flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Knead for about 10 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the dough into 4 equal sized pieces. Roll each piece into a rope. Put the two ends together and shape into a doughnut. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Put a pot over the heat and add the honey into the boiled water.
  5. Boil bagel for 30 seconds. Turn them over and boil another 30 seconds.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Smells good!!!

  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
