  1. Cut chicken.into bite size add egg white pepper and flour.Mix it until all the chicken coated with batter.Then heat pan and add oil make sure its hot then fry chicken.until golden brown.When done set aside.
  2. In the same pan gry the tofu too until golden.brown then when done remove and set aside.
  3. Remove some cooking oil.from the pan.and sautee garlic and shallots until aromatic then add in.black.beans.Stir well and drop chicken.and tofu.Pour wine and a little water mix then remove
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
