To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can cook scrambled tofu using 6 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Scrambled Tofu:
  1. Take Vegetable oil
  2. Take 1 pound firm tofu
  3. Get 1 large tomato
  4. Get 4-5 scallions
  5. Prepare Salt and ground black pepper
  6. Prepare Soy sauce
Steps to make Scrambled Tofu:
  1. Crumble tofu with your fingers.
  2. Dice tomato.
  3. Wash, trim and slice scallions. Separate greenish and whitish parts.
  4. In a large frying pan or wok heat oil. Add tomato and whitish scallions. Stir to coat everything with oil.
  5. Add a dash of salt and ground black pepper. Stir occasionally.
  6. When most liquid has evaporated, add tofu and rest of scallions. Stir and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with soy sauce.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
