- Put the tofu in a bowl and whip with a whisk until it's the consistency of cream. Add the eggs when the tofu is smooth.
- Add the mirin and mentsuyu to the bowl in Step 2. Mix it well.
- Pour the egg mixture from Step 3 into the lined dish from Step 1, and wrap it in plastic wrap. Microwave for 8-10 minutes at 600 W.
- Take the wrap off and let cool down a bit. Slice into pieces and serve with grated daikon radish.
- I also tried making it in a Lekué silicone container. It's even easier because you don't have to wrap it in plastic wrap!
