  2. Boil the prepared ramps in salt water for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drain them in a sieve, and quickly rinse them under running water. (Don't soak them, just rinse.)
  4. Squeeze out the water, and roughly cut into 2 cm pieces.
  5. Put the drained tofu, natto, ramps, bonito flakes, sesame seeds and ponzu in a bowl, and mix roughly with a spoon to finish.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
