The ingredients needed to make Kwecap Pontianak:
  1. Make ready 1 pack fresh rice roll noodle
  2. Make ready Half pack of pork crackling
  3. Make ready Half bowl of soy bean, soak first
  4. Take 8 pieces fried tofu puff
  5. Make ready 8 pork mince balls
  6. Get Chicken powder
  7. Make ready Fried garlic to sprinkle on top
Steps to make Kwecap Pontianak:
  1. Boil the soaked soy bean first until soft, put in the pork mince balls, fried tofu and pork crackling in. Add chicken powder to your taste.
  2. Put 1 spoon of corn flour in a pot with a bit of water. Cook in medium heat, keep stirring until thicken then add the noodle rolls. I only use 3 pieces in photo for my lunch :)
  3. Put in the bowl, add the soup in, sprinkle with fried garlic and add the chilli (see recipe)
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
