Hello everybody, I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, pad thai. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Pad Thai is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Pad Thai is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have pad thai using 16 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Pad Thai:
  1. Prepare 125 gr Rice Noodle
  2. Take 150 gr Prawns
  3. Make ready 2 eggs
  4. Make ready 4 pcs shallots (chopped)
  5. Take 2 pcs garlic cloves (chopped)
  6. Make ready Bean sprouts (put as much as you like)
  7. Prepare 1 stem of garlic chive (cut for about 4cm each)
  8. Prepare 1 pack tofu (optional)
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp dried ebi
  10. Get Chili flakes (optional)
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp cooking oil
  12. Take Pad thai sauce
  13. Take 3-4 tbsp Tamarind purée (if you prefer sour, you can add more)
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp fish sauce
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp water
  16. Make ready 1,5 tbsp palm sugar
Steps to make Pad Thai:
  1. Pad Thai sauce: Heat the pan and pour cooking oil, add palm sugar. Cook until melt and change color. Then add water, tamarind purée and fish sauce. Mix together
  2. Rice noodles: Boil water, put rice noodle and cook for about 3-5 minutes. (Depends on how thick and hard the noodles are). Set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat cooking oil then cook prawns until cooked. Then removed it. In the same pan, add chopped shallots, garlic, dried ebi and tofu (if it’s dry, please add a bit water). Cook until it changed color, then add rice noodles and sauce. Put on high heat. Mix everything
  4. Then, make a little space around the pan, add a bit oil then break the eggs. Cook it for about 40 seconds.
  5. Finally, serve it with bean sprouts, garlic chive and chili flakes. You can also add lime to get freshen taste.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
