- Boil eggs for 10 mins + add slat for help peel easier β’then remove and put in water and peel β’ Pound garlic + pepper + coriander root
- Fry garlic + pepper + coriander root until get aroma β’ add Palm sugar fry on low heat until get darker color β’ add Pork belly fry until half way cook β’ add water and cook on medium heat β’ seasoning with fish sauce + salt +oyster sauce β’ simmer for 15 mins on low heat β’ add boiled eggs and tofu then cover simmer for 10 mins on low heat β’ Done !!ππ
