Steps to make Mapo Tofu (Meatless):
  1. Combined all the sauce ingredients, stir well and set aside
  2. Heat up a non-stick pan, add tofu cube and the sauce mixture. Cook until boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until the liquid a little bit absorbed.
  3. Mix the cornstarch and water. Pour over the tofu mixture in a medium heat. Stir well to make the sauce thicker.
  4. Lower the heat, sprinkle the green onion. And turn off the heat. Mapo tofu is ready to served over hot steamed rice. Enjoy!
