- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the stem of mizuna greens first, then crumble the tofu into the pan. Add the shimeji mushrooms. Stir-fry the ingredients in the pan.
- Once they are coated with oil, add the leafy part of mizuna greens. Season with the sake and sugar, and stir-fry until tender.
- Once the greens are tender, add the mentsuyu and salt. Stir-fry until moisture in the pan cooks off.
- You can make side dish for two people from one bunch of mizuna greens.
