- Stir-fry the tofu while crumbling it. There's no need to drain the tofu! The moisture will evaporate when you mash it using cooking chopsticks.
- While the moisture from the tofu is evaporating, prepare your other ingredients. This time I used finely chopped cabbage and fish sausage.
- Mix with chopsticks to prevent sticking.
- Once the moisture has evaporated, add in the ingredients and then stir fry.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Lower the heat, and then add the egg directly, mixing it up with the chopsticks. It's done!
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
