- Put some oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef. Add the dashi stock and the ingredients marked ★.
- Add all the ingredients except for the green onions and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the green onions at the end.
- Transfer to a serving dish and season with shichimi spice.
