The ingredients needed to make Sweet and Sour and Spicy Tofu:
  1. Take 500 gr firm tofu
  2. Get Oil for frying tofu
  3. Get 2 tsp ground chili
  4. Take 1 tbsp ground garlic
  5. Make ready 5 shallots, peeled, sliced (no need to slice them thinly)
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp honey (or 1 tbsp sugar)

  1. Wrap the tofu with cloth/thick tissue and leave for at least 15 minutes to get rid of the excess water.
  2. Dice (or cut to your preference) and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Use about 1 tbsp oil (from frying tofu) to stir-fry the shallots. Add the remaining ingredients except tofu and stir until fragrant. Add the tofu pieces and stir well. Adjust the taste when necessary.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
