  1. Wash your Soyabeans,grind and seive it with a light seive clothe…Set the chafts aside and pour the Soyabeans milk into a pot and set it on fire..soak your tamarind..then pour the tamarind water as soon as the Soyabeans milk start to boil..it will form your tofu..you will then fetch it and pour it to your seive,you then tie the clothe so as to drain the water…
  2. After draining the water,you will cut your tofu into your desired shape..Set your oil on fire,beat the egg but do not add salt into the egg..mix your Maggi cube with water..Dip the tofu into the Maggi cube water you mixed and then dip it into the egg.then fry and set aside
  3. Dice your onion, scotch bonnet and spring onion Dizzle some oil into a non-stick frying pan,add the scotch bonnet, onion fry for like 3minute.add your seasoning and spring onion and fry for some minute
  4. Wash your cabbage,onion and spring onion.cut and then garnish it with your tofu.Add yaji if desired
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
