  1. In a pot, heat oil and add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms.
  2. In a bowl mix cornstarch, cooking wine, soy sauce, fermented tofu, sugar, and water.
  3. Add tofu puffs, carrots, asparagus, and beancurd to pot. Pour in sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables soften.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
