  2. Drain the tofu for ten minutes - using paper towels, breadboard and a weight (I used a heavy saucepan)
  3. Cut the tofu into inch block squares, marinate in the peri peri for 1 hour
  4. Roll the tofu pieces on a rpaper towel to remove excesss marinade, dip or roll in plain flour
  5. Using a hot wok, stir fry the tofu in oil for round 5 minutes or until golden brown. Once cooked, set aside on a paper towel
  6. Boil a kettle, pour over noodles in a saucepan with salt. Bring to boil and simmer for four minutes
  7. As the noodles are boiling, stir fry the egatables in the hot wok for 3-5 minutes. Set aside in a warm dish.
  8. Drain and stir fry the noodles for 1 minute, adding the soy sauce.
  9. In a bowl, mix in the honey over tge hottofu pieces, sprinke roasted nuts and seeds over the tofu and serve.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
