  1. Prepare 1 firm Tofu, cut into pieces
  2. Make ready 1 cup mushrooms, washed and chopped
  3. Prepare 1 cup onions,chopped

  5. Prepare 1 spring onion chopped
  6. Get 1 cup soy sauce
  7. Get 1-2 tbsp hot chilli flakes or chilli powder,

Steps to make Spicy Tofu Mushrooms:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, pan the tofu on both sides until crispy or brown in color. set a side on a plate
  2. In the same pan, add the onions and garlic and cook until caramelized.Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 2 mins.
  3. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, chilli powder, salt, sugar, water in a bowl and mix well
  4. Add the sauce to the pan and cook until thickened and reduced.
  5. Add the fried tofu to the sauce and mix well
  6. Enjoy with nice cooked rice or warm soup.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
