- Prepare 5 g minced shallot

- Take 2 Tablespoon of Mild Ssamjang Sauce

- Get 2 blocks of tofu (cubed)
- Take 3 small carrots (cubed)
- Prepare 1 corn cob (divided to thirds)
- Take 5 pieces of Tofu Puffs (Tauhu Pok)
- Get 1.5 Litre of Water
Instructions to make Simple Korean Tofu Soup:
- Stir-fry carrots, garlic & shallot in pot. Oil the pan accordingly. Leave the carrots until it's softened.
- Add Water, Anchovy cubes, Ssamjang Sauce, Salt and Corn. Bring To boil, reduce heat and leave it to simmer around 15 minutes.
- Put in tofu & tofu puff. Simmer around 5 minutes and ready to serve.
- Additional step, if you favor more spicy version, put in 1 tablespoon of Taeyongcho Gochujang or kimchi to your own liking. Enjoy!
