- Preheat oven at 180c / 350?F.
- Mix soy sauce and avocado/olive oil together.
- Add tofu/bacon/ham and mix well.
- Spoon mixture onto an oiled baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins.
- Heat soy milk to just below boiling point.
- Add in the rapeseed oil and mix thoroughly using a hand held whisk.
- While whisking constantly, add in the cider vinegar.
- Add potato flour, mustard, ketchup and bullion powder and whisk constantly while bringing to a boil.
- Spread bread slices with yeast extract.
- Mix the tofu/ham/bacon unto the heated mixture and spread on top of the yeast extract on the bread slices.
- Bake in the over for around 10mins- until golden and bubbling.
- Cut in half and sprinkle over some cracked black pepper.
