Hey everyone, it is Drew, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, tofu kebabs. One of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Tofu kebabs is one of the most well liked of current trending meals in the world. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Tofu kebabs is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook tofu kebabs using 15 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Tofu kebabs:
  1. Get 100 gms tofu (masala/plain)
  2. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  3. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
  6. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Get 1/2 cup curd
  8. Get 2 tbsp onion
  9. Take 2 tbsp capcicum
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp beans
  11. Make ready 2 tsp green raisans
  12. Prepare Handful coriander leaves
  13. Get Handful mint leaves
  14. Take 4-5 suji rusk
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil/ Ghee
Steps to make Tofu kebabs:
  1. Boil tofu in a open pan for about 15-20 minutes on high flame. It will double it's size. Now let it cool down & crumble it well.
  2. Now add all the dried spices & chopped raisans. Mix well
  3. Add finely chopped vegetables including onions, capsicum, beans, coriander leaves, mint leaves & ginger garlic paste. Now add curd & mix well.
  4. Take rusk in a mixer jar. Make powder & add it to the tofu. Rusk will give nice flavor & texture to the kebabs, it will also help in binding tofu kebabs.
  5. Now apply few drops of oil/ghee on your palm & give the tofu mixture shape of a kebab. I am making these kebabs in air fryer. To make it more healthy. Preheat your air fryer/oven on 200°c & cook the kebabs on 160°c for about 15-20 mins.
  6. You can also pan fry or shallow fry these on a regular pan on low medium flame on both the sides.
  7. Healthy & tasty tofu kebabs are ready. Serve it with any Chutney or dip of your choice.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
