The ingredients needed to make Vegan Mayonnaise:
  1. Get 1/2 block Firm tofu
  2. Get 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

  5. Make ready 1/8 Onion
  6. Make ready 1 pinch Rock salt
  7. Take 1/2 tsp Japanese mustard (to taste)

  1. Drain the firm tofu very well. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
