  9. Get 1 bunch Green onions
  10. Take 1/2 bunch Cilantro
  11. Make ready 5 Red chili peppers (look for red jalepenos, not the long skinny peppers)
  12. Get 1 box Silken tofu (if you like shrimp, use shrimp instead and add at the end of the process, not the beginning)
Instructions to make Kate's Thai Soup (Very Spicy!):
  1. Break up tofu and add to large pot.
  2. Chop green onions and cilantro and add to pot.
  3. Slice and remove seeds from peppers, then add to pot.
  4. Add all canned ingredients, chili flakes, chicken broth, and sauces.
  5. Zest 1 lime into pot, then add the juice of all 5 limes.
  6. Bring to boil and boil for 10-15 min.
  7. Add more water/broth as you see fit, depending on how much broth you prefer. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with rice and enjoy!
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
