  21. Take 1 liter water
  22. Take 3 packages dashi stock or kombu
  23. Take 1 large katsuoboshi
  24. Take 3 tbsp mirin

Vegetables are placed into a pot of boiling water, and strips of thin beef are swirled in the water (the word shabu-shabu is an onomatopoeia for this swirling action), removed, dipped in a sauce, and eaten. Shabu Shabu is a popular Japanese-style hot pot where the meat and assorted vegetables are cooked in a flavorful broth called kombu dashi.   5. Now you can begin cooking. Put the meat first on the pan. Then put sauce to sip into the meat. Then you can put the others. Adjusting the sauce to enough cover the ingredients. If you use any greens put it away from the meat (for the calcium in greens can make the meat tough). Put the bihun last to absorb the remaining sauce. Fin.
  6. Japanese eat the meat by dipping them in raw beaten egg.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
