- Boil the prepared ramps in salt water for 1-2 minutes.
- Drain them in a sieve, and quickly rinse them under running water. (Don't soak them, just rinse.)
- Squeeze out the water, and roughly cut into 2 cm pieces.
- Put the drained tofu, natto, ramps, bonito flakes, sesame seeds and ponzu in a bowl, and mix roughly with a spoon to finish.
