  1. Put tofu in a warm water for 5 minutes then take out and cut pieces as ur desired
  2. Heat oil or butter in a pan add onion sauté well and add ginger garlic chopped sauté nicely add tomato and sauté for a minute add masala and salt and put purée into it and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add tofu pieces and cook for two minute and put off the flame and add Amul cream in it
  4. Garnish with Amul fresh cream and serve hot with plain prantha, nan and roti or kulcha
  5. I served with homemade kulcha
