  5. Prepare 3 cloves
  6. Take 1 green pod cardamom
  7. Get 1 inch cinnamon stick

  9. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  10. Prepare 250 gram onion
  11. Prepare 200 gram tomato
  12. Take 4-5 garlic
  13. Prepare 1 inch ginger
  14. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  15. Prepare 5-6 cashews
  16. Get 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  17. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powderrmeric
  18. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  19. Take 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  20. Take to taste Salt
  21. Take 1/2 cup milk
  22. Make ready 2 tablespoon curd

Add in grated tofu and peas. Stir together until the tofu has picked up the bright yellow colour of the spices. I made this Tofu sabzi few weeks back. I had Tofu quite a few times We had this Sabzi with Chapati.

Steps to make Veg. tofu sabzi:

  2. Take oil and ghee in a pan. Heat it and then add 1 inch cinnamon, clove, cardamom, bay leaf, cumin seeds and roast it on slow flame.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic. Then add ginger, poppy seeds and cashews to it.
  4. Then add tomato paste and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, salt as per taste and curd.
  5. Then mix it well and then cover it with a lid then let it cook for 10 minutes and cook till the oil has left pan.
  6. Take all the vegetables and add some salt and sugar to it and boil it for 10 minutes.
  7. Then in a wok add some oil,heat it.
  8. Then add boiled vegetables and crumble some tofu and add it to the puree. Then let it cook for 2 minutes. Then turn off the flame.
  9. Now the vegetable tofu sabzi is ready to serve. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
