  1. Prepare Tofus, diced in 1 inch cube
  2. Get vegetable oil
  3. Get onion, chopped
  4. Take cumin seeds
  5. Make ready tomato, chopped

  7. Take green chillies, chopped
  8. Prepare ground corriander seeds
  9. Take ground cumin
  10. Take Garam Masala

Instructions to make Tofu Masala:
  1. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds, garlic, onions and green chillies. Cook until onion turns brownish.
  3. Add tomatoes and stir on medium flame for 2 minutes until tomatoes are cooked.
  4. Add all the spices and salt and mix well.
  5. Now add water and mix.
  6. Add tofus and stir well.. simmer for 5 mins on low flame until gravy is little thick.
  7. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
