  2. Take tofu, small chunks

  3. Add the eggs to the water and boil for 7 minutes. Add the beans and boil for 2-3 mins until just tender.
  4. Put tofu, potatoes, beans, cabbage, cucumber, bea sprouts and carrot in a bowl. Break the prawn crackers and scatter over. Peel and quarter the eggs and serve on top of crispy onions.
