The ingredients needed to make Tofu Salad:
  1. Prepare Tofu
  2. Prepare Oregano, sea salt
  3. Get Ginger garlic paste/ powder
  4. Get Soy sauce
  5. Get White vinegar

  9. Make ready Pomegranate (optional)
  10. Take Cherry tomatoes, 1/4th cucumber

Instructions to make Tofu Salad:
  1. Mix 2-3 tbspoon soy sauce, 2 tbspoon honey, 1 tbspoon vinegar, oregano, black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Pat dry the tofu, cut in cubes. Coat with marinate
  3. Heat 1 tbspoon oil in a non stick pan. Fry the tofu from both sides.
  4. Cut tomatoes in quarters and cucumber in small size.
  5. In a bowl, mix salad leaves, tomatoes and cucumber, pomegranate seeds. Pour leftover marinate on top. Toss it gently.
  6. Now add the fried tofu in it. You can also add roasted pumpkin seeds or walnut in it.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
