The ingredients needed to make Tofu & tomato for vegan:
  1. Make ready 1 cup tofu cutting small piece
  2. Prepare 1 cup tomatoes
  3. Take 1 cup 1 mushroom
  4. Get 1 green onion
  5. Prepare 2 asparagus

Cut your tofu into small cubes, about a half inch. Then toss your tofu cubes in a pot of salted water (we used Let the tofu simmer in the liquid as it's reducing. Bring the heat back up to medium-high to get.

  1. Prepare tofu, mushroom, green onion, tomatoes as the picture.
  2. First Fry tofu on a pan. It takes only 10 minutes. (pls use two different pans to cook)
  3. Then put green onion on the other pan with vegetable oil in 3 minute. Pls watch it to make sure oil not burning. Add tomatoes into this pan, add mushroom and asparagus. Put the tofu into this pan. Add 3 tsp of soy sauce. Then add 1/2 cup of warm water into the pan. If you donโ€™t eat vegan, you can use oyster sauce instead of soy sauce. It is more tasty. If you use soy sauce, pls mix 1 tsp of all purpose flour with cool water. Then add this liquid into the pan to make sticky.
  4. It is ready to eat.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

Bring the heat back up to medium-high to get.
