The ingredients needed to make Ultra-Simple Tuna and Tofu:
  1. Take to 2 blocks Tofu (silken or firm)
  2. Get Canned tuna in oil
  3. Take Grated fresh ginger
  4. Prepare Sake
  5. Make ready enough to swoosh around the inner sides of the pot once Soy sauce
  6. Prepare Green onions or scallions
Instructions to make Ultra-Simple Tuna and Tofu:
  1. Put the cut up tofu, tuna (with the oil), grated ginger and sake in a small pan, cover with the lid and start cooking on medium heat.
  2. When it's boiling and water is coming out of the tofu, put in a swoosh of soy sauce in the pan, and add some ripped up green onion.
  3. Reduce heat to low, and put the lid back on. Simmer for a while longer, shaking the pan occasionally. It's done when the tofu starts to take on some color.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
