  1. Get Tofu
  2. Take Tepung kanji (starch)
  3. Prepare Dashi stock (1g:50ml), 3 gr utk 150ml
  4. Get 2 tbsp soy sauce

  6. Make ready Lobak (radish)

  1. Make the dashi stock with bonito, put aside
  2. Boiled down mirin, add bonito stock
  3. Fry tofu, grate lobak
