The ingredients needed to make Fulsome Tofu:
  1. Take 1/2 Cup Cashew
  2. Get 1/2 Cup Full Cream Milk
  3. Prepare 3 tomatoes blended smooth
  4. Get Small piece of ginger
  5. Take 3 clove garlic
  6. Get 1 red onion
  7. Get 2 tspn chilli powder
  8. Make ready 1 tspn turmeric powder
  9. Get 1 tspn coriander powder

  12. Prepare 1 block/300g firm tofu
  13. Get to taste Salt pepper
  14. Take 3 tbsp olive oil
Steps to make Fulsome Tofu:
  1. Blend the onion, garlic and ginger mildly. Heat oil and saute in a pan for 5 mins.
  2. Add in all the dry ingriendients (powder spices)
  3. Add in the blended tomato and tofu(diced).
  4. Lastly add the cashew and milk blend. Let it boil for a bit. Done.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
