The ingredients needed to make Kimchi Tofu:
  1. Make ready 1 block firm tofu
  2. Prepare as needed Honey
  3. Take Gochujang
  4. Get Kimchi
  5. Get as needed Paprika
  6. Get as needed Salt
  7. Take as needed Pepper
  8. Prepare 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  9. Get as needed Oil
  10. Prepare Soy sauce
  11. Take Sesame oil
  12. Take Sesame seeds as garnish
Steps to make Kimchi Tofu:
  1. Press tofu for 30+mins
  2. Cut tofu into cubes
  3. Add cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika to tofu and mix
  4. Add oil to pan, med-high heat
  5. Fry tofu until brown
  6. While it’s frying, make sauce*: soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, kimchi juice, honey
  7. Remove tofu from heat
  8. Add oil to pan, cut some kimchi and and fry for 1 min
  9. Add tofu back in kimchi pan, toss with sauce*, add sesame seeds as garnish, and serve!
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
