  1. First Up: Finish with the preppings of the all the aforementioned ingredients and keep ready & handy for a smooth cooking process, further

In a small mixing bowl: Whisk together all the ingredients for the Peanut Chilli Sauce & keep it aside- Also, finish the parboiling of the noodles in a saucepan/pot (cook it until Al-Denté), strain & run some cold water onto it to stop cooking further immediately & apply some oil into the same coating evenly- This ensures that they don’t stick together
  3. Heat up a frying pan/wok over the medium flame: Add in the sesame oil- In goes the finely chopped onions, garlic, ginger & green chillies- Sauté until translucent, soft & slightly browned
  4. Add in the tofu at this point- sprinkle some salt & roast it until lightly browned & a bit firm from outside- Then, add in the already prepared peanut-chilli sauce mixture & toss the tofu in this mixture well enough but ensure, not to make the mixture too lumpy or thick
  5. Time to throw in the cooked noodles into this mixture now & toss all the ingredients mixed together until nicely combined and well blended with each other…The noodles need be tossed until its dry enough & no excess moisture is there at all
  6. Once all that’s done turning off the flame allow it to rest a couple of mins on the hot oven itself- without cover- Checkout the seasonings at this point, if necessary- adjust & give it all a really good mix altogether
