  4. Heat oil, add onion once golden brown add other veggies,spices & cook properly. Let it cool down on room temperature.
  5. Roll the dough, fill the stuffing in centre. Carefully fold the sides to give it square shape.
  6. Shallow fry in oil or butter from both sides till golden brown.
  7. Serve with homemade tomato-onion chutney & coriander-mint chutney.
