  1. Make ready 150 g Tofu
  2. Take 150 g Minced meat
  3. Prepare Egg x1
  4. Take Teaspoon Shao xing wine x1/2
  5. Get Teaspoon Soya sauce x1
  6. Get Tablespoon Oyster sauce x1
  7. Make ready Water x6 tablespoon (add more water if you need)
  8. Make ready Teaspoon Dark soya sauce x3/4
  9. Take Garlic powder and onion powder (OPT)

  1. Mix tofu and mince meat
  2. Add beaten egg in
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of soya sauce to taste, dash of pepper, onion and garlic powder for taste.
  4. Add oil to pan
  5. Use a tablespoon to scope mixture into pan (low-med heat)
  6. 3 mins on eat side (or slightly browned)
  7. Sauce - add all ingredients in and mix. Add water to suit your taste.
  8. Option 1) Add patties back into pan and cook 30 seconds with sauce (make sure sauce covers all patties)
  9. Option 2) Cook sauce and pour them on top of patties
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
