Instructions to make Mapo Tofu:
  1. Combine all ingredients for sauce
  2. Heat oil on medium high heat and add garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant
  3. Add ground pork and cook until no pink meat remains. Add sauce and stir thoroughly
  4. When sauce is boiling, add tofu and stir to coat. Add green onion and remove from pan
  5. Best served over short grain Japanese rice
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
